Ios and android picture puzzle game ame

Programmer to do entire design and creation of a simple 5 x 5 picture game.. We will give cpanel access to mysql db where programmer will create user database and store scores and pictures. Users from app can create group or join group competition. User creates a group code. Those with a code can put in and see pictures th at group has uploaded. Each picture will be a level to accomplish. A leader board for each group available. All uploaded pictures will go to a ftp site for review and approval. Ftp files will just be copied into a approved folder for that group to appear. This is to be made for ios and android Pictures will scramble for person to play after they see the picture.
