Write an iPhone application

My project is to build simple job interview app for the Apple iOS available for the iphone and ipad. I would like the app be available on both Android/Apple but would I am more concerned with the apple version right now. But would like a developer that can make the other version later. The concept is not new as they are others on the market so it will make it easier to build. The app will have a splash screen then land at start screen page. From her the user will have options to select. It will also have a menu. I have the layout and design done in Photoshop Navigation: Main navigation will at the bottom of the app after starting the interview. It will have a way to move to the next question, go to previous, answer the current question, get a hint, and see an example. There will also be a top menu accessible. This will be a way to see the other options available including in-app purchases. Background: The app will be themed with a mascot/character that will be provided. When they start, it will take them into the first set of job interview questions. You will see the character with a speech bubble from his mouth with a question on it. You have an option to type a response, and an audio response, or video record a response. If possible I would like the audio response, video response, to play inside of the app but it’s not a big deal if it can’t. The app would locate the recorded files and play them when the user asks. I would like the questions, to animate on to the screen, in simple text animations that are provided with in the interfaces. I would also like some type of sound affect when the question appears and when the hint appears. It could be the similar to the sound you hear in the Apple iOS when a txt msg is sent, or when an email is sent. Also a small click sound when a navigation button is pressed. The sounds can be provided. It will need to access the audio recorder, and video camera, also a way to store the written Reponses. There is an example written response for each question. I would like the app to be accessible in landscape form and have a vertical scroll bar when necessary. Ad space. I would like to use ad space as this will be a free app. Most likely under the top menu. In which I will set up the account myself. In-App Purchases. This app will include ways to purchase other questions. So it would be best if the questions and example answers where stored in like a database set, so that if they purchase another set of interview questions it will load up and be accessible. The only thing that will change with the look of the app is a different title, different questions, and different examples and hints for each question.
