Application, Android and iOS, BEACONS

The answers will be according to the different uses: Advertising, Notification, Alerts, Interaction, Indoor navigation or Visual Disabled person (Only messages in Audio, auto reproduction or TTS, and receive response by the number of beats given by the user) 6)The application will be Multi-Languages, The messages of the application can be changed at any time to another language, We can, if it is better, download the set of all the messages of the APP of the server at the moment in which the User selects a Language .... No need to worry about the messages sent by the server, on the server the system will take the corresponding message to the Language and the current situation. 7)The beacons that we use are developed by us in China, these can be configured with any of the existing protocols (see point 3), we use the Nordic Chips. 8)The beacons will be installed in different geographic locations (different cities, different zones of the country), that is why the application must work in a very generic way, so that it fulfills its function in each geographic location (locality) where our beacons are located. . When reading a Beacon in a specific Locality, the application header will change (information sent by the server). 9)BackOffice or Admin Panel in the server in the Cloud: We plan to develop it after having the Mobile Application, so that it can supply the required information, according to what is determined in the development of the Application (We adapt to the recommendations that you make to us. about protocol, formats, processes, etc.). Surnames You must develop and deliver, the different PHP / MySQL programs that will be on our server, necessary to ensure that the server transmits the messages and the Application receives them. The server component of the so-called XML / Webservices that the Application will perform in its different functions. The administration of the databases and Tables is not required, only the scripts that consult the tables and give the answers.
