I want 3 hybrid apps(Admin app, Attender App, Parent App) to be build using ionic or corodova. Apps will have schoold bus tracking facility, schoold announcements updates, sms/email facility, remider etc. App should be configurable to be used by multiple schools (Ex:- Applying appropriate logo on app based on school using it) Apps backend services should be developed using Spring Restful Webservice and Open Source NoSQL/RDBMS DB Apps will be tested thoroughly against vulnerability testes like fortify scan and it should pass all test cases. testing will be done by my team of software testers. Applicants will be accepted based on proven work experience and previous client feedbacks. More details will be shared post applicant selection.

HI, we have great team to developed hybrid and native apps , lets start discussion in details just from the spec to notice u "school bus tracking facility" , what is that means ? its real time tracking then GPA must be installed on there or have to create driver apps and it will installed on drivers mobile from there can track .. its just idea . if u serious to do plz start discussion .
