Build a Simple iOS App (Skeleton ready, need some enhancements)

We are an app development and IoT enablement company: [login to view URL] We are looking for an experienced iOS/Swift developer to help us finish a simple iOS app. The skeleton of the app has already been built, we just need to finalise a couple of core features. Currently the app has the following: - starts with a TabView that leads to two other views: Library and Settings - Library is a TableView that lists a whole lot of items, clicking on each item segues to a DetailView for that item - Settings allows to set Time (through iOS date/time picker) and this then gets updated in push notifications centre and the app will send a push notification each day at this selected Time What we need to add: 1. An array of 40 Items 2. When the app runs for the very first time, the first 10 items appear in the TableView (and can be clicked to segue into detailed View). The remaining 30 Items are "hidden", i.e. they are in the array in the app but are not visible to the user yet 3. After that, each day, (at the Time as defined in Settings), the app sends a push notification to the user and makes a new Item (from the remaining 30) available in the TableView. Thus, on the second day of using the app, the user can see 11 (10 original + 1 new) Items in TableView. On the third day, the user can see 12, on fourth day 13,... on 31st day the user can see all 40 Items in TableView. After that, next day and onwards, no new items appear and no push notifications are sent. 4. Add two more views to segue to from the root TabView (i.e. in addition to the currently existing TableView and Settings). The two new views are Today and About. 5. About view - nothing to do here, we'll just add some static text later 6. Today - this shows DetailView for the latest Item (i.e. the latest Item "emitted" from the array of 40 Items), as per Pt 3. If this is the first day of using the app and we don't have any "emitted' Items (see Pt 2), then this view shows the same thing as the About view 7. When user clicks the push notification (see Pt 3) they get taken to the Today view That's it. It's a simple project. We have other regular work coming up, but this would be a great place to start.
