I have an existing java application I need converted to a bare-bones Android application for demo purposes. It's a personal assistant based on AIML. Right now the app is functional in java (.jar). Mostly text and a single input field. You will be returning values from a local database. Use Google voice services to dictate and return results from locate database. You talk and the robot responds.
I already have an example project running, but I am reaching the extent of my technical understanding of Android. I need someone's help to show me exactly what is the best way of approaching this challenge.
