Daily Needs Items Delivery eCommerce Andorid App

I need an Android app. My budget for this app is fixed which is my project budget. Don't bid above than that. Please see below project description and if you think, you can complete it within 10 days only then ping me. Selected interns will have to 1. Develop an eCommerce Android or iOS app or responsive website in php where people can order anything and they will get 1 Hour or less time delivery. After downloading the app, when user open it for first time, a pincode validation popup should come to check that our services are available in that area or not. User will have to submit their pincode, our app should check it in the database, if available then show congrats its available if not then show sorry message. 2. Integrate a payment gateway, google map integration, admin panel, customer panel, etc. 3. Create a feature where they can buy monthly packages like 2 Ltr. Milk every morning or any grocery items like Rice, Eggs, breads, medicines, fast food, shakes, juices, fresh meat or anything everyday and pay online, via a wallet which they could recharge and redeem balance for order delivery. 4. Make sure that prices are calculated proportional according to GST charged in that category of the items. 5. There should be slider banner, there should be rating and review option with every product listed. Rating and review option should be enabled only after product is delivered. If order is cancelled then rating and review option should not be enabled for customers. 6. You can check Dunzo app for developing the same app and different colors and more features. There should be cash on delivery option for users. If user selects cash on delivery option then 30 INR extra should be added with the bill. If user want to change the payment option after selecting cash on delivery and want to make it prepaid then cash on delivery charges should be removed from the bill. Location should be fetched once user installs the app. Working Source code of the app must be handed over to us after completion of the app.
