Flutter App with Google Maps Integration

Need a flutter app with Google Maps integration having following features : 1. A screen for some data entry (around 15 fields). One/couple are address fields. 2. The point needs to be plotted on Google Maps (not a public one) as soon as database entry is saved. 3. If the address is changed, the Google Maps point needs to be shifted accordingly (without having to do anything from user end). 4. If user is travelling from point A to B, Google Maps screen should show nearby points (from point 2 above) in a specified radius (e.g. 1 Km). 5. All of the above should be configurable meaning - the fields should be edited (so, should be taken from the database and not hardcoded on the screen). A screen in the app is not expected. 7. The (language) localisation including non-english script should be provisioned. 8. The app should work on mobile phones as well as tablets with right/appropriate screen size. 9. The app should look like a native app on both iOS and Android platform (I suppose that's the Flutter advantage). 10. The code should be according to Flutter/Dart best practices and highly modularised and with comments. 11. Your assistance may required in running the app on my machine (Windows/Mac). Important : 1. Don't place a generic bid. Specify how you are going to do this e.g. which database you'll choose and why.
