You can depend on me to deliver this simple iPad task tracker app. Simple being the operative word here as your deadline of 3-4 days is pretty grueling to say the least :) Experience wise, I've made iPad (or rather iOS) apps before although they were for enterprise releases (i.e. a fitness tracker for use by a gym proprietor) and not meant for the App Store. AFAIK to test an in-development app, we will likely have to resort to a development certificate first and you have to supply the UUID of the devices the app will be tested on. At least that's how Apple does it way back in 2017 or so. Thank you for considering my bid.
