I have a mobile app (hybrid - phonegap) that I am trying to upload on iOS. On Android all is ok an the application is live. On Apple it is getting rejected:

Guideline 4.2.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality
We noticed that your app only includes links, images, or content aggregated from the Internet with limited or no native iOS functionality. Although this content may be curated from the web specifically for your users, since it does not sufficiently differ from a mobile web browsing experience, it is not appropriate for the App Store.
The task is to:
1- suggest small enhancements to add to the app so that it is accepted on the itunes
2- you need to apply suggested fixes to both ios and android
Project will be closed only when the application is live on both stores.
