I need a Video editing app created. Simply the app will allow the user to select multiple videos from their iOS library, each of the videos first frames will be a card with a QR code (or barcode) which the app will use to recognise what the footage is of. It will use that to automatically arrange the videos into an order based on a few preselected templates. The app will automatically trim out the qr code frames and then Flag any shakey or dark foootage and ask the user to trim footage until video is less than 3 minutes. App will then invite narration by playing the video to the user who will record audio as they watch it. and invite to add a title card of a josh and end card of a jpeg App will export to email or iOS library. If needs the app can use cloud hosting / processing The app will need to be behind a subscription pay wall. Please quote, once the service is running the app will need makntance and successful quote will win the contract to implement future development features.
