New App Development cross platform

A cross platform app project our app is to be similar in feel, but more intuitive and with greater functionality than airtasker. An app to marry together a client who has a small job such as changing lightbulbs, gardening, shopping, typing, lift to the station/hospital/airport, walking the dog their is no limitation to the type of job that can be posted, build a website , computer repair, flat pack assembly etc... Client to post job on site with description and price and timeframe when needed completion, app to push job out to clients who will accept job by clicking on site, Client to contact APP direct to arrange completion and to pay Client direct. Client to be able to feedback on APP and the APP rating to rise and full in accordance to feedback i.e job satisfaction rated 1-5. Target demographic is anyone who has an odd job to do quickly, i.e someone who works full time and does not have the time to complete jobs, does not have the skill or even the capability/mobility. Clients profile to be shown on app, no one to get any work until verification process is completed and then their profile will go live, they will then be able to accept a job as and when required. Geographical based Clients can pay extra to receive push alerts/notifications.
