I could make your Xamarin implementation, but I am pretty sure, of my own experience, that it will not be as easy as you are saying. Although, you automagically converted most of your code, it still follows the Objective C philosophy of development. UI logic is where things change, but I may work on it, and I propose a first stage in which I will have to have a map of your code logic and workflows of your application. I am also bidding in expectation of a small to medium sized application, but you have not given enough of a description as to plan a budget properly.
