This is a consultation project seeking recommendation NOT an implementation project. Seeking recommendation for libraries that meets the requirements described below. Requirements: Dynamic wheel label (text/images) and values 1 - Items/values/colors to setup custom wheel would be from server api calls 2 - Spin result are determined by the server via api call 3 - Game play is control and managed by the server not local to the app. The app ONLY control spin and display. Algorithm, results, play, credits, custom wheel and prizes data are all managed bu the server. Requirements: Any experience with simple casino games is a plus.

I have developed similar spin wheel in one of my clients project in my office where i work. What i did is , i developed the spin wheel in HTML5 Canvas & loaded the url in webview of native app(IOS & ANDROID). To & fro data transfer from server to client & client to server can be done. All your requirements will be satisfied. Main advantage is no need of developing spin wheel in both ios & android. your efforts & time will be reduced.
