Write iPhone & Android application

I need database driver app for event administration. The interface of the mobile app should be in ARABIC. the application will have following sections: 1) Home (الرئيسية) - this is the default page displayed when the app starts - display stream of contents gather from sections local networking, videos and alerts. - each post item should have a preceding icon representing respective post section. 2) Activities (الفعاليات) - can add as many activity entries as needed - each entry must have a preceding rectangular shape with ability to select fill color - each entry shall have following items: 1. Title (free text) 2. Date (date type, if not filled in the entry form then shall be skipped in the display page) 3. Time (time format xx:xx, if not filled in the entry form then shall be skipped in the display page) 4. Location (free text, if not filled in the entry form then shall be skipped in the display page) 5. Comments (free text, if not filled in the entry form then shall be skipped in the display page) 3) Today Program (برنامج اليوم) This section should ready from database table and personalize the view to the logged in user Group. It will display following items: 1. Group name 2. Class location (if field is empty then do not display) 3. Class name 4. Class start time 5. Teacher name 6. Show line separator then display the other class info for same group (class info: fields from 2 to 5) Each group will have more than one class (a class is represented by fields from 2 to 5) . 4) Today’s Question (مسابقة اليوم) Should read from database table and display today's questions. The question is a free text, may have an image or video (posted in youtube) User can submit the answer for current date question, before submission he should be prompt to confirm the submit. once answer is submitted then Answer field shall be locked (read only). So the page will have following items: 1. Question (display) 2. Answer (free text entry) 3. Marks (displayed for past date questions, if marks is null then do not show) 4. Comments (displayed for past date questions, if comments is null then do not show) There should be ability to scroll among previous dates questions but not future date questions. 5) Winners (الفائزون) Display data from database table, having following items, sorted in ascending order by date. 1. Date 2. Winner name 3. Winner photo 4. Question 5. Answer 6. Comments 6) Local Networking (التواصل) Social network posts for all users. Posts by default are published but can be moderated by administrator (edited, un-published, archived, or deleted). Posts are text, images or videos and shall have standard features: 1. Like count (الاعجاب) 2. Taging (مواضيع) 7) Photo Album (البوم الصور) Display photos published by administrator Summary page showing all images and ability to scroll or navigate among the images in thumbnail view. Single image view should display the image along with text description. 8) Videos (تسجيلات) Display videos published by administrator. Videos are from YouTube. 9) Articles (من وحي التكليف) Display posts published by administrator. Each article will have: 1. image 2. free text 10) Feedback (تواصل مع الادارة) Input form with free text box and request type where user can submit an inquiry to the administrator. Feedback request type can be: 1. Sharing Information (عام) 2. Consultation Request (استشارة) 3. Appreciation (شكر) 4. Complaint (شكوى) All inquiries shall be stored in database. 11) Message Box (الرسائل) Display messages sent from administrator to the logged in user. These messages are all public notifications sent from the administrator to all users, along with the specific notifications sent to the specific user. Structure of the message displayed in this section is: 1. Date 2. Message type (General Notification, Teacher Comment, Feedback Response, Special) 3. Message 12) Admin Team Info (أسرة المهرجان) Display admin team as follow: 1. Photo 2. Name 3. Role 4. Contact me (link to feedback page) 13) User Info (معلوماتي) Display following information for the logged in user. 1. Photo 2. Name 3. School 4. Exam Results General comments: 1. The application should have web-based administration panel. 2. The roles in the application are: User, Admin & Super admin. 3. Users are defined (user name & password) by the Admin(s). 4. Users are managed (password reset, deleted) by the Admin(s). 5. Super admin add/remove Admin(s). 6. Admin Panel should have page to send: - Alerts (type: General Notifications): every user receives it - or Messages (types: Teacher Comment, Feedback Response, Special): Sent to single user. 7. Application shall be in RTL (as it will be in ARABIC) and shall work for iOS & Android devices.
