Write an iPhone & Android application which accepts payment.

Hi All, Here is my company explained in a video: [login to view URL] What do I need? I need a developer who is able to take ai files and program them into both an Android and iPhone application. What are important features? Grocery stores are going to take a picture of their food, reduce the price, add a description and add a pickup time. They're going to click a button and their 'flashsale' will show up on our users phone as a ping notification. Our users will be able to view the flashsale through their phone, purchase the food through their phone using either their paypal account or credit card automatically purchase the deal through their app and pick up their food the same day. This means we need an app that can use location services to track where a person is in relation to the distance of where the flashsale is posted. We also need the ability for a user to store their credit card information either in our app or through a program like stripe, that can automatically pay for the users purchase instantaneously. The money charged has to go directly into our bank account. At the end of the week we will pay the grocery store a certain percentage of the sale price. We're hopeful we can build this feature in automatically. Also, we will data storage showing how much money is spent per location based on demographics. Basically we'll need to keep all the data from every deal in a segmented easy to understand section. This could be held either in the app where only we would have access or through our website in a specific location only we can access.
