Based on the screen shots you provided, there is a LOT of work to be done. (I don't know how some of these foreign bids can honestly say they could do everything in 20 days for < $1000 - I feel like they all want to get you hooked and then charge a bunch more to finish). Here is my honest take on this project based on the screen shots (If creating an account on EventTitans and creating an event would give me a better idea of what features should be in the mobile app, please let me know and I will do that and adjust my estimate accordingly). The UI alone would eat up all of your $1500 budget. All of the screens, graphs, etc would take 40-50 hours (finished UI). My bid here covers the creation of the Xamarin project, iOS and Android builds, and the stubbed out UI and navigation. To complete the projects... - Implementation of the API and business logic would be another 60 hours - Testing, revisions, etc would add another 10 hours I would estimate another $3500, on top of the $1500, to finish things off. Including time working with you, I would estimate the project would take 2 months to complete from kickoff. Anyway, I was a software project manager for 10 years managing small to multi-million dollar a projects...so I know what it really takes to deliver. Oh, and while checking out your website I noticed a few grammar. Here is one of them "Why to pay for..." should be "Why pay for..."
