Add to c# program - web server/service - complete activation system

First let me tell you this project uses c#, VS 2013 and windows forms Now I will try to explain this the best I can. My project is a program that I store coins in and it stores the information into a database on my site- MySQL Now I plan to sell this to others how ever there is a few things I am concerned about. 1. When the user tried to use the program they will have to be sure they can use MySQL remote from cpanel and then add their ip in. the rest is just making a table then running the app and entering the details. The adding the ip part I would like to get rid of and if I am correct I was told a server or service could be added to the app to make it easier for the user so its a simple make the db and setup app that's it. Now the program would also stay connected or at least connect to my site to verify the activation code then disconnect before running the app each time so the server would have to do that as well. I am sure this can be done I am not sure if I have explained it right. The other part is the activation. I have it where it sets a value in the registry system on the pc but I need to add the code that tells the app how long the trial is. like is I want it to be 15 days then all the code for that needs to be added in.
