We wish to match up the known users of our website with our customers in Salesforce using a separate database such as BigQuery. Logged in users have a cookie which includes their email address and/or Salesforce ID, we want to match these records with their Salesforce Identities and then push relevant statistics and data back into Salesforce. Our BigQuery database is to be used for other purposes later as well.
The main aim is to create lead scores based on usage of the website and for this to be tunable by us over time as we decide there is more or less relevant measures.
