I need a Computer Vision programmer with experience in OpenCV for Python, MySQL programming, and Android application. I need the candidate to work on an Image Processing based smart park management system, which I would send car park footages and he/she would write a script/algorithm to detect occupied and free slots and updating the data in an Android app. The Android app is already done, only the connection to the app has to be done, after the script/algorithm is ready.
