Webpage needed to run system commands and tests

I need two webpages. The first page needs to have a Start / Stop service button. The service is TCPDump. I have a script already to run that captures the info I need. I need some indication that the service is either running or not. There should be a frame within the page that will show a listing of the files created by running the service. I would like to be able to delete the files, this part is not a requirement. The second webpage is more involved. I need to have the following abilities: 1. Run a ping command to a user entered destination. Should run for 10 times. 2. Run MTR command to a user entered destination and run for a total of 20 times. Should have some kind of timer to indicate that it is running. 3. Run a Iperf3 test to a specific destination. I will provide the destination when the project is awarded. 4. I need a way to test if there is a SLG enabled router connected to the network as the system. I can provide a server to test against. I will need some help getting that part setup. All 3 above should either show the results in a popup window or within the same page, your choice. All of this will be on a Centos 6 system.
