Write a mySQL query which creates a View

I would like someone to write me a mysql subquery which extracts two sets of information from a mySQL database and then presents them side by side. The output should be a mySQL View. Attached you will find [login to view URL] and result.csv. These represent a sample of the database file and the desired output. Things to note in the [login to view URL] file Fields 1 to 5 extract the data for Amazon Buttoned Down-Classic Fit Fields 6 to 10 extract the data for Brooks Brothers-Madison Fit The same information is extracted for both, so I think you will need to change the field names for fields 6 to 10. Brooks Brothers-Madison Fit is not available in a 14 inch collar, so the View needs to show that by inserting "Not available" Amazon Buttoned Down-Classic Fit is not available in a 14.5 and 15.5 inch collar, so the View needs to show that by inserting "Not available" The number of rows should be the union of the collar sizes available for Amazon and Brooks Brothers, so in this case 5 rows for 14 14.5 15 15.5 and 16.
