WAP + SMS + Fax + Ad Management

Hi, I would like to add some modules to my website and some functions. they are : Basic WAP application that connects to a MySQL database to display information. Web Fetcher program something like [login to view URL] to grab news articles from [login to view URL] and Silicon Strategies SMS Gateway module A basic .net Module for other applications to use something like [login to view URL]\"blah blah\" . Fax Module A simple fax module that faxes html pages to a given fax number you can use any 3rd party programs but they have to be open source and free . Something like [login to view URL] will do . Ad management module A very simple ad management module for administrator to upload adverts that can be viewed on the main site. Database models will be provided, prefers someone who can do it FAST. Thanks. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
