Business Analyst with deep knowledge in contactless payments

For our client in the telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong Card Issuing and Credit Card experience. <br /><br />Start:          February 2016<br />Duration:    3 Months Rollover Contracts (+extension)<br />Location:    Düsseldorf<br />Language:  English (must have), German (nice to have)<br /><br />Background: <br />In the area of Mcommerce we are currently looking for a external business analyst with strong knowledge within banking / Credit Card area. <br /><br />Tasks / Daily business:<br />- Understanding the business requirements and developing functional and non-functional requirement specifications out of that<br />- Ensure compliance to laws and regulations <br />- Provide compliance guidance and establish a framework for the business to make informed risk-based decisions regarding new opportunities and product and service offerings<br />- Supporting the system design and specifications<br />- Developing comprehensive system / administrative and user level documentation<br />- Working closely with application vendors to ensure 3rd party designs adhere to clients functional and non functional requirements<br />- Providing Development teams with information / documents required to develop software code <br />- Analysing industry technology trends and innovations to identify technology (software and infrastructure) opportunities for inclusion into the roadmap.<br /><br />Skills: <br />- + 5 Years experience as Business Analyst<br />- + 4 Years experience in a credit card payments environment,  particular Web-Creditcard payments<br />- Strong experience with credit cards <br />- Strong experience in banking environment ( N2H: Atos Origin, Visacard, Mastercard)<br />- Strong knowledge on laws, regulations, and responsibilities in credit cards, bank  and financial services within markets (N2H: knowledge on Spanish, UK markets)<br />- Good knowledge and understanding of the digital wallet marketplace, including future roadmap opportunities and the various different stakeholder (external companies) <br />- Good knowledge with Cardholder verification and Merchant integration<br />- Understanding of Near Field Communication (NFC) technology and standards (Nice 2 have)<br />- Proven experience in development of Business requirement documentation <br />- Proven knowledge and experience in the space of Internet Consumer Services<br />- Proven experience in mobile or online Commerce services and other mobile content related Services<br />- Experience in Vendor Management within an international context serving multiple countries<br />- Strong communication skills / ability to balance conflicting interests<br />- Proven experience with mobile contactless payment, electronic money, cloud based payments etc.<br />- Experience with  PSPs, TSM, Card personalization, KYC<br /><br />- N2H: Experience with online banks, Atos, Visa or Mastercard<br />- N2H: Knowledge and experience in mobile App (IOS and Android) development<br /><br />
