TeleQ, a software tool developed by the Swedish company Aurora Innovation is helping companies, institutions and organizations with large amounts of incoming calls with high expectancy of good service to increase the customer satisfaction. TeleQ is more than a switchboard, it is a cloud-based system to support the business processes. As Business Developer – Spain at Aurora Innovation you will be responsible for all stages of the sales process, from pre-sales and prospecting, to initiating, establishing, developing and closing business opportunities with potential customers who deal with large amounts of incoming calls such as general practitioners, insurance companies, and car dealers among others. Furthermore you will manage all aspects of the implementation process and report directly to the CEO of Aurora Innovation. The position requires previous sales experience within the healthcare sector and/or telecom sector. Responsibilities Ownership of the full sales cycles from lead to close to implementation Identify and develop new business opportunities Build up customer base Promote the full range of opportunities with TeleQ Develop repeatable business development (prospecting) tactics in existing and new accounts, ensuring a robust pipeline Prepare and lead sales meetings with new and existing customers Negotiate and close deals Implement and support customers in the TeleQ system Ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions Establish lasting relationships with senior managers and decision-makers Professional qualifications University degree within Business Administration Professional experience from the healthcare industry and/or IT/telecom, 2-3 years B2B / B2G sales experience Technical competence / understanding of ICT solutions and ability to translate to customer needs High proficiency in Spanish and English, both oral and written Personal qualifications Self-sufficient doer Structured Detail orientated Good listener Open and positive personality Trustworthy and honest Being able to handle direct feedback Comfortable presenting to senior managers Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
