This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining external and internal application. The Developer will provide expert level advice on tools and platform direction. The ideal candidate will<br />have strong Java skills, Spring/Spring Security knowledge, while familiar with PHP and possibly JavaScript­AJAX client­side programming, as well as the ability to learn new technologies quickly, based on prior experiences with similar tools. This position will require superior written and verbal communication skills. This position will work with individuals and cross functional teams to establish frameworks, architecture, develop and maintain our web based systems and applications.<br /><br /><br />DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br />? Establish sound UI tier application architecture based on industry best practices ? Implement rapid UI tier changes to meet changing business and marketing requirements ? Develop functional and technical documentation on assigned projects ? Work in a team environment in supporting the team goals, and improving web development engineering practices ? Estimate software development efforts on assigned projects and meet them ? Analyze and optimize pages and page design for maximum performance <br /><br />REQUIRED SKILLS<br />? 5 + years experience in Web Development, UI tier design<br />and technologies such as Angular, AJAX, JSP, JavaScript,<br />jQuery, HTML, DHTML, CSS, to some extent Java, Spring<br />? Understanding of JavaScript object oriented programming,<br />closures<br />? Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as: Angular,<br />Jquery<br />? Experience with version control systems (SVN, GIT is<br />preferred)<br />? Knowledge of CSS­based table­less page layouts<br />? Experience/familiarity with Web 2.0 concepts<br />? Java and using Java tag libraries and API to build web<br />applications is a plus<br />? PHP knowledge is a plus<br />? Strong problem analysis and solving skills<br />? Proven results­oriented person with a delivery focus<br />?
