Descripción de empleo<br /><br />KCP Dynamics currently has openings for AX Functional, Technical and Support Consultants of various levels to join our Bogota team. The AX consultant must be able to speak and write in English and Spanish. To be considered please apply with your resume attached.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Support Responsibilities/ Skills<br /><br />Responsible to know and follow KCP TSI support processes to deliver globally consistent support<br />Be an active member of the regional team and sometimes participate in global special-issue teams<br />Manage support tickets with respect to priority, technical knowledge, and support knowledge<br />Provide information about tickets to managers as requested for reporting<br />Based upon needs of our clients and Specialist skills. participate in implementation projects or provide onsite support<br />Based upon needs of our clients and Specialist skills, provide onsite or web training<br />Working with our other offices, for some clients we need to provide 24X7 coverage. For this reason, you will be asked to participate in the coverage.<br />Other duties as assigned<br /><br />Spoken and written English and Spanish skills are required, spoken and written French is a plus.<br />AX experience of 1-10 years<br />Ability to resolve application problems and communicate the results <br />Good interpersonal and communications skills<br />College degree in Business, Accounting, IT systems, or equivalent<br /><br /> Desired Support Languages<br /><br />Spanish, English and/or French <br />Other language is a plus<br /><br /> <br /><br />Technical/Functional Job Responsibilities<br /><br />Working on a full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics AX solutions<br />Functional and technical requirement gathering and documentation<br />Travelling to client sites whenever needed<br />Implementation and deployment of AX modules and customizations<br />Project scoping and estimation<br />Fit-Gap analysis<br />Pre-Go-Live and Post-Live training and support<br />Quality Assurance and Testing<br /><br />Development/Technical Skills<br /><br />2+ years in Dynamics AX ERP design and implementation<br />Dynamics AX Security System setup and administration<br />AX User Tools<br />MorphX<br />X++ Editor / Debugger<br />Experience in Data migration is a plus<br />MSSQL Server, SSRS is a plus<br />Technical solution description and documentation<br />Demonstrated knowledge in system upgrades, integrations and testing<br />Certification in AX programming is a plus<br />Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner<br /><br />Business/Functional Skills<br /><br />Ability to map and configure clients’ business requirements into Dynamics AX<br />Hands-on experience in key Dynamics AX modules<br />Certifications in SCM and Financials modules, additional certifications are a plus<br />Excellent business communication and leadership; able to manage multiple projects concurrently<br />Proven capability to collaborate with non-professional as well as professional stakeholders at all levels<br />Ability to work in a team environment and add to his teams’ knowledgebase and AX experience<br />Minimum one end-to-end ERP implementation experience<br />Project scoping, analysis, and estimation<br />Knowledge of MS Sure Step implementation methodology<br />General Pre-sales skills<br /><br /> Educational Background<br /><br />BA or BS in Computer Science or Engineering Degree<br /><br /> Desired Support Languages<br /><br />Spanish and/or English <br />Other language is a plus
