You will be required to administer the group Salesforce system, its related applications and provide support to global teams on day-to-day maintenance and administration of the CRM/ Salesforce system. You will be working towards on-going improvements of the CRM/ Salesforce system and provide support to individuals/ teams for on-boarding new teams, CRM trainings, requirement gathering, data maintenance and general support. <br />You will be responsible of the configuration, data structure, security settings, access settings and usage of Lucas Fox Group's customization of Salesforce including liasing with external parties and assist with implementing new functionalities within the system.<br /><br />Desired Skills and Expertise:<br /><br />Experience in using Salesforce in administrator role<br /><br />Basic knowledge of custom programming in APEX and Visualforce<br /><br />Experience in integration and migration on CRM systems<br /><br />Knowledge of tools of [url removed, login to view]<br /><br />Good understanding of capabilities and possibilities of Salesforce platform<br /><br />Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role<br /><br />Demonstrable problem solving skills and solution implementation acumen<br /><br />Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English)<br /><br />Experience working with international teams<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Please send your cv at: [eliminado]<br />Only qualified applicants will be contacted for further screening<br /><br /><br /><br />
