Operations Systems Architect Project-Based Role | Multifamily Property Operations | KPI Scorecards | Systems Design We own and operate multifamily apartment communities in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for a project-based Operations Systems Architect to help us design a practical operating system for our multifamily apartment business. This role is for someone who can understand how our business works, identify the right KPIs, design weekly scorecards, recommend the right software/tools, and create a system our team can actually use consistently. We are not just looking for a software builder. We need someone who understands operations, accountability, team performance, and how to turn daily work into measurable results. Our goal is to improve how we track performance, hold team members accountable, and review results on a consistent weekly basis. What We Need Help With The person we hire should help us design: - A company-level scorecard - Property-level scorecards - Role-based KPIs - Weekly meeting/reporting structure - Daily or weekly tracking process - Software/tool recommendations - A simple workflow for data entry and reporting - Training process for our assistant or internal team We want the final system to be simple, practical, and easy enough for our team to use without overcomplicating daily operations.
