Retouching of photographic images using Photoshop

We need high-end retouching of photos using [login to view URL] images will be provided in RAW format. We require precision techniques to improve the images. Deliverables will be in RAW and JPEG formats (one of each per image) All images will have a small logo / text added to the bottom left hand corner of the image. This image will be provided by myself. Twenty images will require a logo watermark added to them in addition to the small logo. This image will also be provided by myself. Please note that the subject is of an adult nature, if you are not comfortable with this work, please do not bid. *Retouching skin and hair *Improve / remove skin imperfections *Improve waistline, thighs etc to improve the look of the model *Enhancements in sharpening *Brightness/contrast *Correct blurry or soft images *Correct shadows/lighting *Colour corrections, general image editing *Size reduction for web use Please note:airbrushing / blurring / cloning / etc is NOT acceptable Outcome should take care of skin tone (blemishes etc), but the final result must be realistic and not look "over" manipulated. Please submit a bid for retouching batches of 100 images. Also show previous work, with *before and after* images of models. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
