Human extraction from 225 video images (background removal)

I need a human figure extracted from 225 video frames. Frames are suplied as .png images grouped into 8 folders based on their animations. See attached [url removed, login to view] for an example of a full frame sequence / folder
See the [url removed, login to view] for an example of the task. The image shows one video frame and below it it shows the human figure extracted. In the example image, I roughly selected the contour in Photoshop and used refine edge with a little bit of feather. I'm sure some one more pro in Photoshop or other image editing software can do this quite quickly per frame image.
All images are from 8 short video sequences and represent different moves (e.g. kick or sidestep). Thus the consecutive frames have quite little difference, which can be used to make the task easier (e.g. using refine edge with the same selection for a few consecutive frames). If areas are blurred (e.g. the hand in the example image) please make the edges of those areas soft (partially transparent).
I don't require pixel accurate removal but pay attention on the face, so that it doesn't loose e.g. nose in one frame and get it back the next. Its better to have a little extra edge around than loose actual face parts.
Delivery of work: return images with everything but the desired human figure removed from them (the removed parts fully transparent) in the original resolution and original file format (.png) and with the same file names.
When I select the winning bid, I will first ask an example extraction of one frame to see if the quality works for my needs.
