A basic brief is as follows:
This small project needs an expert Graphic Designer. This is nothing to do with programming or HTML. We are after someone that knows what looks good and how to make things appear beautiful and what shades of green or any other colours go well together and look good.
Payslip [login to view URL] - This is the actual form that needs designing in Photoshop. The finished project is the delivery of a Photoshop file and a pdf print out of the design. Please note the word art used for "Payslip" on the form is rubbish. It is all I could find in word. The space to the left is blank as we will print the company logo there for each particular client.
Legislator [login to view URL] - This is to give an idea of the colour scheme in the application that the form belongs with - but it can be other colours than green if they think it will be better. But it must go with/suit the green application
Payslip_Sample_Rounded - This is to show rounded boxes on a form instead of straight edges that I have used in the Payslip Layout.docx. I will leave it entirely up to them to decide what works and looks best with regards to rounded or straight edges on the boxes.
[login to view URL] - This is to show a sample of faded shading in the boxes going heavy to light (left to right)

## Deliverables
I don't really want to give ideas as to how it should look as I am not a graphic designer - However if they want ideas (which I am more than happy for them to change completely) then here are a few thoughts from someone not qualified in this type of thing:
Faded shading in the boxes seems to give a good effect
A dropped shadow might be a good idea along the bottom and up the right side of the form
My suggestion on colours that can be TOTALLY changed if you can come up with something better would be for the green box headings on the form to be in the green of the cursor on Personal Details in the menu on document Legislator [login to view URL]
The box borders could be in the green of the CPS logo shown on the second screen in Legislator [login to view URL]
There could be faded shading in the boxes the same colour as the green that appears as the background on the main screen of Legislator [login to view URL]
Maybe another shade of green around the outside background of the form?
I hope that is more than enough to go on. We need this to look really lovely and professional.
