Collaboration Test: 3D max-Vray -2

Hello, We are searching for a 3dmax-Vray artist that can work on interior/architecture projects within a limited time frame. This project is a test project that will allow us to test a few points that are required for future collaboration The requisites are: 1. Autocad skills is a must. 2. Good communicator of the English Language. 3. Respect of the time frame and the budget given. 4. Good in photoshop. 5. Provide clean full files. 6. Realistic quality. The test project is to provide 1 high res render (3000 pixels on the higher ratio- format jpeg) and the 3d file (with lighting and textures included) that can be rendered directly and give us the same effect of the image rendered. In addition to the PSD file. As for the Milestones; they will be divided into quarters as follow: 1st-25%Payment: 3d construction model: the artist at the first stage is required to submit the first 3d construction that we will use to add the camera angle and modify it if it had some mistakes. 2nd: 25%Payment: High Res Rendering: After we review the design with the designer and add the camera and make sure that the construction is good, we will send you back the 3d model for you to proceed with the final render following a reference rendering that will be included with the files. The goal is to submit high res jpeg image rendered using Vray with the PSD file including all layers. 3rd:25% Payment: This stage comes after reviewing the render with our client, small modifications might be requested If no modifications requested, the payment will be issued directly to the artist 4th:25% Payment: The artist is to submit the 3d file with all the settings and texturing included. The file has to render exactly as the submitted image to be considered as accepted with the PSD file. This project is to be submitted within 3 days time (All of the milestones should be done). We Hope that you won't be overwhelmed with this process for it is very simple and practical. In general this is the standard process that we will follow in all of our future projects so please consider this carefully.
