Create/modify a Wordpress Template

We are looking for an ongoing recurring freelancer able to extensively modify pre-purchased stock templates. Modifications will be frontend and backend. You must have knowladge on backend option page generation to include severall costumizable options, such as color picking, column and element positioning such as options to choose to have menus on the left or right of the canvas, options to select certain element colors and to apply theme colors, select fonts trough google fonts library etc. You must have knowladge of API integrations for wordpress. You must be able to customize certain plugins and to have costum theme packages etc. We are looking for an individual with talent and time, not a company, average payment for template costumization should be around 200$ USD, there are many templates to modify. You must be able to strip certain elements from certain templates to put togheter a new template/theme. You must be responsible and able to adhere to schedules, you select your own deadlines but you must deliver in the proposed deadline. You must have some knowladge of visual aesthetics, you must be able to use our stock photo accounts to embelish the templates with new stock photo. Most of all you must be a well versed backend developer above anything.
