I've already worked on similar projects using c#. As per my understanding I would be doing the following things: 1) I would create the application which would change the homepage and default search engine on all three mentioned browser (for all the versions of browsers) on all operating system. I would also optimize my code and it wont affect any securities of OS. Please let me know if it would satisfy your requirements. Please let me know if there is any further details or any other specification. I would complete the project in 2 to 3 days.
