As you probably know scraping is highly dependant on the site being scraped so if you are looking for information about the top 10 US banks you actually need 10 different scrapers. It would be helpful to know which banks you are interested in and how often you plan on running the scraper and what platform you plan on using. Also what format do you expect for the extracted data?
