Online Exam Provider Website re-do

I wanted to give you an introduction to the project we are interested in having you work on. We currently have a website called ExamGeneral. ExamGeneral is a professional global exam service provider. Our services are absolutely free to teachers and students. For Institutions, organizations and companies as well as professionals offering fee-exams are charged a set amount or percentage for our services. The users of [login to view URL] are mostly the following: Educational Institutions, Teaching Professionals and Students. However, employers are becoming a large part of our [login to view URL] growth. More employers are using our site to administer their new hire evaluation, as well as their annual refresher training and quality control program implementation. We would be interested in your opinion of ExamGeneral and to work with you on the site. We are hoping that you could look at ExamGeneral, and some of our competitors ([login to view URL], [login to view URL],and [login to view URL]) to come up with and an action plan and a proposal for us. We have to different options the way we see it. We can have a team work with our current site and upgrade and fix the site, or we can start from scratch. We need someone who can take our current code/ideas and run with them. We have some ideas that we want to implement on the site. We are hoping to find someone in Southern California. Where most of the work will be done via telecommuting, We also want the ability to meet face to face. We are looking for two Freelancers. One would specialize in code, the other would specialize in database. We need both free lancers to be able to work together on projects.
