PSD to HTML/CSS for 1 page to add in existing website

Hello, Please read carefully before bidding. We have the following website: [login to view URL] We would like to inject a new page, "Power search", for which we have a PSD design: [login to view URL] This project is the creation of HTML/CSS markup for this page within the existing source code. There is existing HTML/CSS/PHP code handling lots of elements (top menu, footer, pagination of results, button styles, fonts ...) that must be reused. The source code and design are attached ([login to view URL]). The page will follow most of the markup of the site's "Deals" page [login to view URL] See technical details below to help you see how this may be done. We will hire somebody skilled in PSD2HTML, CSS and so, but also talented in PHP and can understand how our site already works, to make a markup that we can easily integrate the page in our existing site. Also, we will hire somebody good in AJAX/Javascript, because once markup is done, we would like to offer a second milestone to the project for integrating the page (UI/UX and data gathering via our existing API). This second milestone will be separate from current bid, current bid is only for creating HTML/CSS markup. Please see integration details below about this. We hope this description is clear enough. Each page has its own php in _modules/web directory. For instance, the deals page, that you can see on [login to view URL], is generated by a GET call to [login to view URL], which uses subfile _modules/web/deals.php. So we would like the Power search page similarly to be loaded via _modules/web/powersearch.php. We would like the template for markup creation to be the "[login to view URL]" file. Below is a link to a full specification. This project is only for the markup, but please read carefully the behaviour and technical elements to be able to do the markup as cleanly as possible towards future integration.
