Proxy Testing Software
----------------------
The software is required to download proxies at pre-determined frequency from a pre-determined URL and test they are "live" ( connect ) and not blacklisted ( RBL'd). Then save the results to a pre-determined file.
Platform : Linux with Web Interface
-----------------------------------
Functions of Web Interface
--------------------------
Select "SOURCE" URL to download proxies from :
Define "OUTPUT" directory to save "GOOD" proxies to :
Select frequency ( mins ) to collect proxies : ( default : every 10 mins )
Define "Connect" Mail server URL : ( default : [login to view URL] )
Select time to wait for "Connect": ( default : 30 secs )
Define list of RBLs : ( default : [login to view URL] )
Select "MINIMUM" number of proxies : ( default 250 )
Function of Software
--------------------
1) At pre-determined frequency ( "START" ) collect proxies from "SOURCE" URL
2) Append to MYSQL data base with time and date of collection.
3) Set status in data base as "UNCHECKED"
4) Copy all collected proxies to "TEMP" file.
5) Check proxies in "TEMP" file "Connect" to pre-defined Mail Server.
6) Set status in "TEMP" file as "LIVE" or "DEAD"
7) Set status in data base as "LIVE" or "DEAD"

9) If any proxy blacklisted set status in "TEMP" file AND data base as "RBLD"
10) Delete RBLD proxy from "TEMP" file.
11) Repeat 7) using next RBL
12) Continue to end of RBL list.
13) Copy all proxies remaining to "OUTPUT" directory and set status in data base as "GOOD"
14) Wait for next "START"
15) At time of next "START" collect proxies from "SOURCE" URL and repeat from (2)
If the output directory at any time has less than the definined "MINIMUM" proceed as follows.
a) Search the database for any "GOOD" proxies on ANY day with a time + or - 60 mins from current time of server.
b) Append "GOOD" proxies found in Data Base to "TEMP" file and proceed from (5)
