Streaming video website , righ in graphics and basic database backend

Site to stream live video in HD and audio to have a PPV membership area and a section for watching past shows. We have the steaming media server, just need the player part, the graphics, layout and PPV system to integrate into our merchant account though [login to view URL]'s payment gateway. looking for person good at database backend and graphics to pull the pieces together. ## Deliverables The layout: The site will appeal to younger people in the age range of 13-25 and will be streaming live bands. so we need a rock , high energy feel. the front page should have a small player window that will play a 30 second video clip form our streaming media server advertising the next live event ( we wil supply and update these clips but the name of the clip wil be held in the database and updated from an admin pannel , which the streaming server will play. the front page will offer a link to sign up to watch the event, a countdown clock showing time left til the event goes live, a replacable banner or grpahic and set size that we will change though the admin panel advertising the band that will be playing live. A link to the "members area" for people who already have purchased a ppv ticket for that event and a free demo area link The SIGNUP PAGE: This will be user freindly, collect name, password, e-mail address, and details to bill the credit card. then bill the card for the event. send the person an e-mail confirmation with e-mail as user name and password and direct them to the members area. it must write to the access database the user name and password and also set an experation flag for removing the person after the show ends with a + 5 hour buffer. A simple script to check for multiple logins form differnt ips' on the same user name is needed and will redirect people who try to a warning page THE MEMBERSHIP AREA: 1 page layout with a video window, that can be clicks to go full screen . we want it to play a 15 second preroll video ad before going to the live stream . if it is before the event we need to to play another video set in the admin page. then at the time set in the admin page, switch over to the live stream link form the server. below the page will be a simple irc type chat room ( we have the irc chat client that will drop in ) this doesn't need to be that big but enough for 10-12 lines of text to be seen. A countdown clock showing time lft till the stream goes live. The other area can show either a graphic of the band playing, or a graphic of what the next event will be. links to a contact us or support page and back to main page will also be needed. a link to a tweet this would be great , if they choose to give us their twitter user name and password ( optional) at sign up. it would popup a small separate window pre filled with the link to the site, they can then type in the rest of the message, click tweet and it will tweet it out under their account. the link and initial message can be changed from out admin pannel THE FREE AREA: this is similar to the membership area. the chatroom wil be the same one but the video laying wilkl be an ad for the upcoming event. again a countdown clock and a very prominent sign up to watch the event live button that will take them to the sign up page THE CONTACT US PAGE: simple form to e-mail and phone # for support and billing issues THE BANDS SIGNUP PAGE: Simple page where bands can fill out a form and its e-mailed to us THE ADMIN PAGE: password protected. this is where we will be abler to plug in the LIVE date and time of the next show, the bands name, the name of the graphic to display , the support phone # and e-mail addresses, , the date and time of next show and the preroll file names for the video files. we wil also need to be able to set the amount $ of the billing for the upcoming show We wil also be able to look up membership information on this page and set expiration times for individuals or modify / update there information. we will need to see stats broken down per event . showing people successfully billed and views over the event . we wil need to be able to go back and see these numbers upto 6 months later WE use wowzer media streaming, webmaster irc chat client, we use microsoft IIS servers with ASP .net installed and sql and access databases
