A website for a word game

The previous coder failed on this one, so i'm re-requesting bids. This is a word game. Please check the sample image as you read the details. I will run both the English and Turkish versions of this site, i'll take care of translating it into Turkish 1- I as an admin, submit 5 keywords which appear on home page. 2- Users register to logon. They're asked for their name-surname, username and e-mail address [no web mail accounts such as yahoo, hotmail, gmail are accepted] 3- Registered users submit a sentence using each of the 5 keywords. (The point is to be as creative as they can.) 4- The script checks the sentence to so that it includes all of the keywords 5- Registered users can flag the sentence for inappropriate entries. (I receive an alert if an entry is flagged twice, and i delete it.) 6- Registered users can vote for the entries with a scale from 1 to 10. (Each user can vote once for each entry) 7- Last 10 entries, 10 entries with highest score and 10 entries with lowest score are displayed on main page. 8- At the end of the week, entry with the best score wins. 9- Last week's winner and link to last week's entries are displayed on main page. 10- I can delete, edit, assign users and delete, edit and submit entries as an admin. ASP and MS SQL is a must for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP, MS SQL
