convert existing random COM dll to .net(repost)

Enclosed is the source code and the compiled dll for an existing dll for random functions. This was done in C++. Needs to remain in C++. However, I need it converted to .net 2.0 though. Nothing else needs to be changed on it. The final results needs to be the new .net assembly, not the COM object at all.
