Hit Start Client button. Load IE, setup a socks server, and tunnel IE. Provide results to me whether it works or not. If it doesn't work, tell me why. (No source code debugging). Just a simple best guess as an expert level user. You only need to test one of the OSes specified above. I will give you three keys to test.
