paid member site

We would like to create a paid member site for gold parties. This site will need to be set up with monthly reaccuring payment to be taken from members, a shopping cart for purchasing 5 to 10 products. When members are added they will added to a map so when people search our site in a specific area that members contact information would come up. Example. I search for someone who does gold parties in san diego, and it gives me a list of all of our memebers who are currently active in san diego. There needs to be a map of the whole usa. there needs to be a place where I can upload my own content if I want to post new videos and such. Also I would like a forum area for the members where they can discuss different topics. This site needs to be optimized for optimal search engine rankings. We would also like to start multiple lead capture sites that would generate leads for memberships on this site. These would be basic one page sites with a place to put a name and an email, once entered it would send them an ebook autoresponse. Please let me know if you have any questions
