Content Management System with addons

I am putting up a new website, and need a content management system to provide organization and content delivery. The system must be coded in php, and may use a combination of mysql and files. Requirements for the cms system. Be able to provide multiple layout templates. be able to organize content into sections (unlimited nesting) Template management via web based admin panel Mutliple user access with different rights, for each module admin panel Modules needed for this CMS Polls (multiple and independant of each other) Articles with ratings and comments (both user submitted and staff submitted) (tracking by username(if staff) and email or guests, editable and controllable thru the admin panel Catagories to arrange the articles, catagories must be nestable downloads (uploading thru the admin panel) dynamic menu system, based off the modules, and the catagories FAQ module News system, also seperated into catagories (independant of the article catagories) Banner system for top and bottom banners, with auto rotation, and advertiser control. Content system for games (read below) ( a module) The site is going to be a cheats database for multiple platforms. A large portion of the CMS will be to help organize games based on platform, ie, (pc, xbox, ps2, dc, snes, etc..) each game will have a review, cheats, downloads, walk thru and guides. Some game will occur on mutliple platforums, and must be linked to each, but all information must independant of each other. This CMS must also have a substaincial admin panel, to control all possible settings and it must be organized in such a way that a non internet guru can use it, modules should be able to be loaded and unloaded, and be tracked thru a version number, to allow for easy upgrades or updates. I invision having to use the same coder todo updates or additional modules later on. The admin panel should also have a clean look to it (<[login to view URL]> take a peak at that site, i would like the admin panel to have that style of look) System must be robust and secure. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4) Do not try and deliver someone else CMS, ie no phpnuke, postnuke, phpwebsite, etc... i have tried them and found them lacking ## Platform must run on a linux server and be written in php prefer it use mysql when possible and the rest in standard files.
