I need startup code for GCC ARM that initializes C and C++ for a small embedded application without any OS. Both ARM mode and Thumb mode shall be supported.
A hook must be supplied for user specific code before memory is initialized and stacks are setup. This is intended for setting up memory and board - chip selects, DRAM etc - but the actual implementation is my responsibility. An empty hook implementation shall be provided.
To demonstrate function, I need a full mini-program and make method (.bat is fine) for (1) c mode compilation, (2) c++ mode compilation with ARM and Thumb mode for both. I.e. a total of four builds (could be one shared c source file, though).
Requirements:
* C/C++ libraries must be initialized.
* Stacks for all mode shell be set up.
* Memory must be initialized according to ANSI-C
* Implementation all ARM core exception handlers (IRQ, FIQ, ABORT etc). The handlers can be empty.
The startup code needs to work for both c and c++, possibly with #ifdef, or two different files. Further, startup code must be preprocessed (i.e. use upper case .S extension).
I have access to lots of ARM boards. You must use a board that is compatible with what I have. Please let me know what boards you have before I can accept your bid.
