GSM Camera Innovative Solution

Hello, We have a simple request, which shouldn't be too difficult for experts like you. Our current mobile phone provider gives us free MMS (photo) messages from mobile to mobile (we're located in the USA). The project requires a small, cheap mobile phone*1*, with a camera (ideally, over [url removed, login to view]). We want you, to program into the phone, something that will make it "snap a picture", and send it via MMS message to another phone, while completely un-attended. SETTINGS:: The program should be able to modify and determine -- photo name format (sequential numbering... preferably with date, time, and camera 'name'.) set a 'camera name' for the outgoing pictures snap pictures at a pre-set time interval snap pictures when a command is received via SMS*2* respond to commands*3* We look forward to your suggestions and creativity. If this initial phase works properly, we would be needing further your services to better the program and make it more refined. Adding features and generally maintaining support for us (service contract). Please understand what we need before bidding. We really want your help, but we need to make sure you can actually make this happen. If you have questions or doubts, please message us, and we'll reply very quickly. FOOTNOTES::: *1* --> The phone, ideally, will be as cheap as possible, and as easily attainable as possible. Please check eBay to see common prices (unlocked GSM/GPRS models) and abundance. *2* --> You should keep in mind that sometimes, phones get "full" of text messages, and they don't accept new messages. Your program should delete the messages once it uses them. *3* --> The commands should include: #1 --- PHOTO2MMS ((this command would make the phone snap a picture, and send it back to the pre-set mobile phone number via MMS message)) #2 --- INTERVAL-SET.XX. ((this command would set a new interval for the phone taking pictures automatically... preferably in minutes))

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
