hardware store site without shop

I need to make a simple web site for a hardware store. They do not want to have an online shop but a corporate site. Site should be similar in structure to [login to view URL], this one has been done with ezpublish, but we can use joomla or similar. CMS with 3 languages (english, spanish and german), we'll provide you with text in spanish and german, we just need to have the structure and we'll add those 2 languages. This is what we need: - Home page with a nice layout to link to the 2 hardware stores they hav. - Who we are: with left sidebar links as the sample site above - Services: same as who we are with sidebars that updates content of body area. - Catalogues: we'll show 3-4 cagtalogues images that will allow users to download the pdf files. WE need to be able to add any catalog through admin - Offers: possibility of adding producst in a very basic way, with category (shown on left sidebar), name, description, photo, price and contact button to ask for more info on the product. As well as detail page. We can use some readymade product plugin for joomla or similar. We will add very few ones and we don't want any shop - Links to tech support: an area where we can list all tech supports to brands they work with. - Location: location of the two shops with Google Maps Spain integration. this is a pretty easy task. - Contact us: form to contact with the 2 shops, and addresses. - Blog: we need to install and setup a Wordpress blog with the same look that we create. This would be all. Please send me your bids and links to your designs. Design has to be clear and elegant. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
