I have a PowerPoint presentation that I need to be developed as an online course using Macromedia/Adobe Director. The PowerPoint is 33 pages in length. The presentation/course is an informational only course (no test or remembering answers to questions) just give the facts.
The PowerPoint has pages of text and images that must be lined with voiceovers. What I would like is for the pages with text to fade in as the person is speaking about a particular point and continue through the course until action is needed by the user.
Example: The text is a definition for objective - Objective: You will be able to recognize and locate the new FC for 2007. I have a recorded voice talking and I would like the text to fade onto the screen.
I also have a couple example where I would want the user to rollover the work objective and the definition … You will be able to recognize… will fade in and stay on the screen.
For the image pages, I have flash file that shows a user navigating the screens and I have screen pictures that I would want the user to move the mouse and click on a button to navigate the page ??" with help (red blinking box around the button the user should click or arrow telling the user to click the “next button??.
The voiceovers I have and will provide.
The images I have and will provide.
The flash file I have from Macromedia Captivate.
I am on a time line and need a draft completed by 3/16/07 with the final completed by 3/23/07.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The website needs to run off of Windows XP and must work with Internet Explorer
