Symbian s60 app

I am looking for an app to be devloped for Symbain s60 2nd edition. Im not sure if all or any of these functions are possible - but even if you can achieve one of them please let me know. 1) Password protected folder in the main 'Menu'. On the main menu (contacts, Web, Settings, Tools etc) is it possible to move some app icons to a new folder and password protect the folder? Or maybe hide the folder? (2) Automatically close apps. When you are in email or the web browser, when you push the End/Exit button, I want it to close the app that was open. Currently if you are in a app, then push the exit button, then go back into the app it will still be open. So for example, if its possible to determine when the 'Exit' button is pushed, then close the windows on all apps. (3) Can Menus options in apps be changed? For example, currently in Messaging if you click on 'New Message' the following options come up (Create message, SIM messages, Cell Braodcast, Service Command, settings, Help etc). Can some of these options be hidden or removed? So Im looking for an app that can be installed that can do one or all of these things. If these are possible then i can draw up more exact specs.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
